How does it work?
Simply put, the Cycle to Work Scheme is an employee benefit in the form of salary sacrifice. It helps promote fitness and a healthy lifestyle by reducing the end cost to consumers. You give up a small portion of your pre-tax salary for a bike and/or accessories.
